I have worked in the hotel industry over 20 years, mostly in the sales field which I love. Having have worked in many 4 star properties all over Leinster during the past number of years, I have never experienced such team spirit as I have here in the Killeshin. Favourite dish: "Fish and chips". I only allow myself to have this as a treat but it is the traditional fare at is very best.
Pauline Barry, Conference and Banqueting Manager
Over 20 years experience in the Hotel Industry with extensive knowledge of the conference and banqueting business. Favourite Dish: Fillet of Fresh Irish Salmon with teriyaki sauce, steamed vegetables with new potatoes. Absolutely mouth watering!
Lisa Foster, Revenue Manager
I am over 10 years working in the hotel industry, having worked my way up from switchboard operator to my current role of Revenue Manager. I have a passion for baking and so am required to bake every Friday for the afternoon tea in the sales office. Favourite dish: Caesar Salad with garlic bread, followed by my own fairy cakes!

I studied hotel catering and tourism in the late 90's. Since then I have worked in many 4 star properties and covered all aspects of hotel operations. I have been working in portlaoise for the last 8 years and for the last 2 years I have been working here in the Killeshin Hotel. My favourite chef's dish is the crab cakes yum.

I've worked in hotels for over 7 years and I'm here in the Killeshin for 4 years now. I enjoy what I do and I feel I'm good at it. I like meeting customers and I've got a good knowledge of IT so it helps when customers get a bit stuck. My chefs favourite dish is: Pasta Carbonara

I have worked in the hotel industry over 7 years and the last 4 of these here in the Killeshin Hotel. I love meeting people, there is always something new happening everyday. Favourite dish: Mushroom on brioche. Perfect lunchtime snack and generous portions, its pure perfection.

I have over 5 years bar management in a local pub, 2 years experience in a 5 star hotel as bars supervisor and I am 3 years in my current position as Night Manager. My Chef's favourite dish: Sirloin Steak served with chips and peppercorn sauce.

I am over 8 years working in the hotel industry, having worked my up from a junior receptionist & on occasion waitress to my current role as a receptionist. I enjoy all aspects of my job but in particular meeting & chatting to new people on a daily basis as. Favourite dish: Goats Cheese Bruschetta & The Killeshin Caesar Salad, yum.
