Swimming Pool

We have a 18m heated pool with a pool depth of 1.2ft. As part of our class timetable, we offer aqua aerobics classes and this is a great way to get a good exercise session done while not putting extreme stress on your joints and muscles.

Facilities Include:

• 18m heated pool
• Sauna
• Steam Room
• Jacuzzi
• Lane Swimming
• Aqua Aerobics

Children’s Pool:

• Kiddies Pool, Depth 0.40 metre
• Non Swimmers should not be in main pool unaccompanied
• Children under the age of 17 are not permitted to use the gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi
• Kids must leave the pool daily at 7pm

Swim hats must be worn at all times.
